Where we ship

Oak & Vessel currently ships to valid addresses within the United States.

Free U.S. shipping

Free shipping is available on every U.S. order. No minimum purchase is required, and no shipping fee is added at checkout. Applicable sales tax may still be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

We do not currently offer expedited or priority shipping.

Processing and estimated delivery

Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, peak-season volume, supplier handling, and address issues can affect arrival times.

Multiple-item orders

Items may ship separately when they are fulfilled by different approved suppliers. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive on different days. You will not be charged any shipping fee.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be emailed after the order ships. Tracking updates can take several business days to appear after dispatch.

Address changes and cancellations

Please review your shipping address carefully before ordering. Contact us as soon as possible at oakandvessel@gmail.com if a correction or cancellation is needed. We can change or cancel an order only before it has entered processing.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

Contact oakandvessel@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund. For a package marked delivered but not received, we may ask for documentation from the local carrier or post office.

Returns

Do not send an item back to the address on the parcel or directly to the manufacturer. Return instructions and an approved return destination must be provided by Oak & Vessel first. Please review our separate Return and Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.
